Debi from Heswall sold our house in 4 days. The process with the lawyers obviously took a little longer :-) Debi's lovely. From meeting her, to getting the house on the market, to dealing with the process, you literally couldn't ask for a better agent. She's managed any problem that came up with patience and a can do attitude. I would wholeheartedly recommend her if you want to sell your house (or even if you want to buy one!)

6 days ago-We were reluctant to putting our property on the market until we found the one we wanted as our forever home, the man I initially spoke with was very helpful and explained the market and how that could effectively become a barrier (long story short), so we trusted him and started the ball rolling, and I'm glad we did, because our home (We've settled in nicely and had our first christmas here with all of the family) had interest from another couple that were not yet on the market, we accepted a strong offer on ours after 7 weeks, so we could then put forward our offer for here. Basically we just wanted to say thank you, for taking the time to help us, in what was a little bit of a daunting situation, if you hadn't of done, we may not now have our dream home. Professional, helpful & thorough. We highly recommend.

have had a very frustrating experience with F&C. It appears that there is little respect for buyers after we’ve had a pretty bad experience with them. We tried to communicate about the potential for some land to be sold separately to a house, after a half an hour call with a very dismissive agent about all the reasons we couldn’t etc it appears he’s taken the idea and put up for sale without any discussion with us. The agents communication was appalling, so much so we will be very reluctant to buy a house through them for the fear they will drop us when a better offer comes along. Buyers beware!
