GoogleDo not use! Terrible estate agency. I used them for a fully managed service, after 5 months of them managing the property, the police discovered a cannabis farm. Failure to complete right to rent checks, accepted falsified bank statements, in my experience, they did not check any documentation and put criminals into my rental property. They also failed to assist in clearing out the property or providing any support to get the property in habitable state and left everything for me to fix. Having them manage my property resulted in thousands of pounds to get the property in habitable state.
Mr Choudhary owns the agency and had minimal engagement with the police, council, energy company (who cut off the supply), failed to secure the front door after it was damaged by Police, or provide any services for a fully managed service.
He avoided engaging with us as a client. Not what would be expected from an individual who is a qualified solictor! If this is how he runs his property business, I dread to think how he runs his other interests.
In the end we had to go to PRS, who are a property redress scheme to claim back losses. Mr Choudhary gave them the same treatment. Avoiding engagement with them till the final days. We were lucky to have been refunded the money that we spent to put the property back in order. BUT, this took over 6 months.
If you want peace of mind, do not go near this company. Absolutely awful experience.

Tunbridge Wells/Uckfield office worked very hard to make the sale happen and when buyers dropped out got the house back on the market with new viewings arranged very quickly.Very responsive throughout. When the house sold after a previous buyer dropped out we had 20 viewings and five offers within a week which meant our onward chain remained in tact.

F&C were great with the straight forward negotiations, but then paperwork complications set in and I was left to deal with the buyer directly, F&C were no support whatsoever! And the cheap champagne as a gift was an insult to the hours I spent getting the purchase to go through. Thank goodness I had an excellent conveyancer.
