New staff are garbage, Liz in the office with an attitude coz her hubby or Dad or something is the boss, and Georgia, turns up to viewings late in a mud covered car like some sort of turbochav. Trading standards to be contacted about a number of issues 2018-present.

High summer 2022 a striking barn conversion with mature south facing garden for sale in Northamptonshire - our F&C agent Jonathan Lloyd-Ham got the photography and sales particulars to the website in record time which was impressive. Generated interest and a good number of viewings and prospects were good. Late summer brought a sudden downturn after mini budget and buyers set to offer on the property found themselves unable to secure sale on their homes. Jonathan supported well during this bumpy period and an offer secured in early 2023 went the distance. Jonathan has great experience and a perfect temperament helps clients like me keep things in perspective when the going gets tough! He sees the long game and gets the deal done.

My buyer to my house used fine and country to sell, she’s a solicitor who lives in my village, she pulled out two weeks before moving not a single word of why, and funnily enough she has now bought another property from fine and country. All a bit sleazy i think so, surprised with a solicitor, you’d have thought better of them.

Hove branch. Adam Farrell and Matthew Higgins. Absolute con artists. Pressured me into giving my notice on my rental property without telling me there was an issue with the lease on the property I was buying. Told me the sellers would move into temporary accommodation to accommodate me. Left me homeless 2 days before I was due to exchange. DONT USE!!!
