GoogleAsked Martyn Gerrard for an appraisal to help sell our flat. Gregg Cruder, the manager, arrived 30 minutes late to the meeting having already rescheduled earlier that day. He made some positive sounds about selling and then left. He then rabbited on about the importance of trust and integrity in business. We didnt hear from them for about a week and then tried to contact them 3 to 4 times in the following days - we received no returned call or any contact. I'd have been happy with the decency of a response to say they didnt want our business, but we didnt even get that. All in all wasted our time and showed none of the integrity they love to suggest they have.

GoogleI recently used Martyn Gerrard to let my house in Mill Hill. It is a lovely but quite a quirky property and although I had a number of viewings through the local office, no one made an offer. However, when Eva Zannettou got involved things changed. She took new photographs which really did justice to the proportion of and light in the rooms. She made a real positive out of the unique character and unusual layout of the house. And as promised, she found me new tenants who moved in last week. I found Eva a real pleasure to work with, keeping me informed and giving good advice. Once tenants were found, Ali did a good job in sorting out the relevant paperwork and keeping me up to date.

GoogleWe recently rented an amazing flat through Martyn Gerrard. As we needed to move quite quickly, Eva Zannettou, our estate agent, was extremely helpful and efficient. She liaised with the landlord on our offer very quickly, arranged all references and sent out the contract within a week. We had the viewing on Monday, we moved in on Saturday of the same week. It felt like a very smooth process comparing to other agencies and agents. The service was top class!

He was patient, trustworthy, genuinely supportive , extremely prompt with help and advice, and always going the extra mile, especially as first time buyers, he was outstanding. Toby saw us through a difficult transaction, with the utmost kindness and reassurance at every step in the process. I can not speak more highly of him. Would do business with Toby again in a heartbeat.

We had the pleasure of purchasing our property through Marco Moloudi who was extremely helpful. He made what is a very stressful process much easier. We are new to the whole thing and therefore were full of stupid questions and naivety and he helped with all queries and kept in touch so that we were always up to date with everything. He was easy to get in contact with and I would recommend working with him if you are looking to buy a place, as it makes one of the most nerve wracking things you can do much more pleasant and he has a great understanding of the process so can guide you.
