GoogleLet me first state that the staff at this branch are extremely friendly, and caring. No matter how many questions, how many viewings I needed, they were more than willing to help. Jake was my estate agent. He was always polite, helpful, and punctual. He was pretty much the perfect estate agent I needed as a first time buyer, apart from the fact I'd never get a call back if I was told I would get one. I'm not sure if this is down to communication or something, but I would also call back in an hour or so and Jake would have my answer. That is my only complaint about his services as an estate agent, and (for me), that was minor. The in-house mortgage advisor (Frances) was brilliant. She seemed to know her job extremely well, and there was never any fuss. My biggest grouch is the solicitors recommended to me by William H Brown, were a bit bad. They never returned calls, they didnt really explain too much for me. I was fortunate as I have solicitors in the family, but If I didn't have that, I would have been a lot more nervous about progressing than I was. To summarise, Jake was a fantastic estate agent who I felt really cared for me and did everything he could for me. However, some communication fell at some points with call backs. Frances was a brilliant mortgage advisor, no issues there. However, take their recommendation for the solicitors with a pinch of salt.

I'm new to the UK, and they went out of their way to answer every one of my questions so I could understand the process of renting a home here in the UK. Pippa was always so pleasant and accommodating; meeting me more than once to show me the house. Overall a wonderful experience!

GoogleTom and the team we’re instrumental in the success of our sale. Our initial meeting with Charlene filled us with confidence with the goods then delivered by Tom in the form of our house sale. Tom also kept us regularly updated with clear and concise information helping us to manage the usual stress levels you are exposed to when moving. I would thoroughly recommend the Mildenhall branch of William H Brown and would absolutely use them again.
