Any news or updates regarding your property are got to you straight away. Frances the mortgage advisor is fantastic and will always look high and low to get you the best deal around

GoogleWe have been working with WHB since mid October, 2020 to let our property. Our work has been carried out by Ms. Lopez from Mildenhall office who has been very professional, friendly and responsive. Ms. Lopez has helped us with every question we had and was very responsive whenever we needed her assistance. She managed to let our property within a reasonable time and with no issues. We hired WHB for full letting management services. We have been happy with the services we were provided as landlords by WHB so far, and will be updating our review as we continue to work with them in the future. GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful. Not the branch's fault, but we checked out 3 weeks ago from our tenancy. To date we have had to chase, call, email and argue and still nothing, no deposit return despite the landlord approving it weeks ago. This morning we spoke to 2 different people who told us 2 different stories: Story 1: their systems have been down and they have not made any deposit returns for 48 hours, and Story 2: they only make new tenant deposit returns at the end of the month, and as we are "old" tenants having been there for 3 years, this won't happen till net week. Come on WH Brown and Sequence Group. Is cash flow that tight?

GoogleWorking with William H Brown was amazing! They helped us with everything and were even kind enough to help us with the small inconveniences as well. The process was smooth and easy, so we never really had to worry too much. They work really well with military members and it took a lot of pressure off of us since they were very knowledgeable in that realm.
