GoogleI sent a request for a housing viewing with Emily and the next business day I got a reply and was able to view the house that I wanted to see I also got a very well prepared package that showed more potential places that I might want to look at. GoogleIf you are USAF and either PCSing or moving while in country, take my advice, don't give these people your business. My wife and I are moving out of our home and I called to set up a viewing on a property they have listed. Keep in mind that while shopping around for a home to rent this is something we all do. I was asked what property I was interested in, I told them, and then I was asked if I would be putting a down payment on the property the day of the viewing. I told them that we were still shopping around, but as we already lived in the same neighborhood, this was a house we considered a safe bet if we couldn't find anything in the next week and a half or so. This is where it gets interesting. They told me they didn't want to waste their time showing me the home. I was shocked. I have contacted half a dozen other agencies in order to view properties and have never once had someone act so rude. "Pippa" and her manager treated me like I was a waste of their time. Even saying they were the market leaders because they didn't waste their time with people like me. Well they certainly aren't the market leaders when you look at their reviews. The arrogance was absurd. My next call today will be to the AFRC to let them know to tell incoming airmen to avoid this place. These people are not worthy of our business. If you are moving in country avoid these people.

She had no problem returning to the same property only 2 hours later to make sure my family was able to see it again. She was always in touch, and extremely kind and professional. GoogleAbsolutely horrific experience using William h brown mildenhall. Our sale fell through and I do blame them for most of the failure of this. No one has even contacted us since to try and sell it again, fed us lies throughout and I honestly would never wish anyone to experience what we experienced. So disappointed as I thought William H Brown had a reputable name.

GoogleIn this strange times we all have to be patient, However, sometimes the response time to questions or informing us of services that are taking place and when, are not the quickest. ie workmen in house that you have not been informed will be their can be quite a shock. GoogleI was told several times I would get a phone call but never did, had to chase them up. I was told I would be informed about the properties I was intetested in when they became available, however this never happened. Traditional estate agents cannot afford to be complacent, it won't be long before online companies take over, good customer service should be your priority right now.

GoogleMake sure you follow up with them constantly when you need your rent deposit back. I moved out 5 weeks ago, and after many calls and emails, still no idea when I’ll get my money back. Otherwise, helpful staff back when I was trying to find a house.
