GoogleI work here every week and really enjoy the place. People who work there create a friendly atmosphere and the place itself is very comfortable and has everything I need. It also has a canteen with tasty dishes (vegetarian and vegan options available) for good price.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. There were systems failures reading the passport security symbol. At least twenty minutes before spoke to helpdesk. Entirely digitally focussed with no other options. This service doesn't meet or even offer facilities for clients without Smartphones or on line banking. Totally inadequate service.

GooglePoor app not user friendly; time consuming, full of errors and glitches, making what should be a straightforward process stressful and frustrating. All through the process the app malfunctioned on both my iphone and ipad. Thankfully the staff were apologetic and helpful as they had to reset/fix from their end multiple times so also making more work for them. The app needs further work and development to work as it should.
