The CRM is easy to use - it makes following up much easier. The inbound call handling option has been very useful so that we don't miss following up! The team has also been a shoulder to lean on - we will be working with them ongoing.

GoogleBetween the helpdesk and me, we couldn't work out why verification text messages weren't arriving, which meant I couldn't even begin to use the app. We came up with a workaround to use my partner's phone. As for the app itself, it's mostly fine, but inconsistent; I had the option to upload an existing identity document, but had to take a call, then when I came back to do it that option had gone, and I could only take a new photo of the document. All that said, the helpdesk is that rare thing, responsive and actually helpful!

GoogleI found thirdfort customer services very good. However the experience of trying to sell my property and all the security and proof and verifications totally distressing and unnecessary. I have been selling and buying properties for over 50 years and never experienced anything like this. I was told it would be very easy. I have never been required to work with technology to simply sell my property. I am totally convinced that lunacy is in charge of this country.
