Customer service at Pirton fields is not up to the mark, it takes couple of days(or more) to get back on my any queries which is quite frustrating and also, no one is picking up the call or a call back unfortunately.

So far the sales team/sales manger. Have been quite unreliable and hard to get hold off so far. If it wasn't for monies paid to other services mortgage advisors, solicitors ,surveyors etc we would probably of pulled out.
