GoogleWe had a buyer the first day the house went on the market which was brilliant. The actual completion process though was quite difficult but Claudette Cole was great and kept us informed at all stages.

Bought our first home (no chain) back in May and finally completed this week with the support of Geraldine. It was probably far more complex than needed to be but Geraldine did consistently provide timely updates and answers when solicitors couldn’t. Only giving 4 stars due to being passed pillar to post initially by R&D and it taking c10 weeks to find out the case handlers on the vendors side had disappeared which delayed the process more than we would’ve liked. Would use r&d again in the future now we understand the home buying process a little more
