The team were absolutely fantastic from my first viewing with Martha through to being supported by Nichola, Laura, Kim & Leanne through to completion. Well I instructed Ryder & Dutton to sell my home 18 months ago having struggled to sell with another agent. Initially to be honest it was priced a little high as we always like to aim high, but with the guidance & support of the team, initially lead by Georgia, who was first appointed. Zoe took the bulk of the sales, and not without the support of the viewing reps, and the rest of the team we finally got a sale. The house was sold 4 times before it finalised, due to buyers pulling out. I used the solicitors recommended by Ryder & Dutton whom kept me informed throughout. Thankyou to Ryder & Dutton.
