GoogleI used Sarah Morgan and Rebecca Taylor for my mortgage and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Very informative and very helpful every step of the way! As first time buyer we really didn’t have a clue what we was doing so Sarah helped us set up insurances and went through different mortgage options for us after seeing which was more affordable and always kept our budget in mind which was so helpful for us! Becky kept me well informed every week with updates keeping my worrying mind at rest which helped me feel at ease buying a new house as I thought it was going to be a lot more stressful. Highly recommend pair of women and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others!

GoogleFor a first time buyer i was hit with negativity from family and friends about having starting a mortgage. Now I’m thinking it was because they didn’t have the two ladies I had because to process of mine has been as smooth as butter. Fortunately I was able to find Sarah Morgan and Rebecca Taylor. Sarah has been fantastic! She found me a mortgage that the previous person couldn’t even get close to. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would have had the mortgage I’ve just got. She’s been very detailed and made sure everything had been done to the highest as it could possibly been done at! Not once has she left me in the dark and always replied to emails and made sure I was updated!! Rebecca, also fantastic! She’s followed up on my applications and I didn’t expect it all to go through so fast. She’s not left me in the dark once and if any update came I would be notified either by email or phone call. They are truly an asset to their company!! I feel for my first time buying that I’ve truly had one of the best to advise and follow through work. I don’t think I could have found a better! Thank you so much to the both of you!!

The whole team have been fantastic throughout the process of selling our property.The team had great local knowledge relating to current house prices.The initial sales team provided a prompt and professional service and arranged block viewings of the property due to the demand to allow an easy process with minimal disruption to our daily family life.At the time of accepting an offer the process went to the teams move manager, Geraldine Marsden.Geraldine provided an exceptional service and took away the stress of chasing up solicitors along with ensuring the sales process went as smooth as possible.
