I was really pleased with Ryder and Dutton. The staff are very friendly and helpful- always reviewing the situation and advising me on the best course of action. Once the sale was agreed Jenny did a marvellous job of checking in with the buyers and keeping me up to date on developments.

We recently sold our house through Ryder and Dutton in Rawtenstall and I can't believe how helpful and friendly they were. From the beginning Graham dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner and he really didn't seem to mind all the silly little questions I kept asking him. We also had the pleasure of having the sale handled by Roisin, who was always very understanding, friendly and helpful, and Janet who was absolutely amazing. Janet really went above and beyond and got me through a very traumatic time. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so reassuring to know Janet was just at the end of a phone call. She made me feel like I was her priority. I don't think I could have got through it without her. They are an absolutely amazing team of people and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
