We were completely clueless when it comes to buying a house and had only just recently saw one that we liked. Sarah Morgan above Ryder and Dutton gave us advice that helped us get the ball rolling months earlier than we thought we would be able to. We had a little trouble with our provider but she guided us back on track and now we are not far off everything being completed! I bought a house a couple years back and having come out of the fixed period just had the re mortgage done. As you can imagine there is a ton of paperwork most of which is just confusing unless you know what your doing. I wish all the estate agents were like this! There is not enough stars to rate Lisa and the Middleton office. From the first phone call to the whole process of buying right to the end. Lisa is very friendly, polite and kept us updated the whole time. Holly and other agents in the office were also in hand to help and answered calls and emails promptly. Nothing is too much trouble and we received regular updates throughout the sale process of our home. The staff working in this office are delightful! Can not explain how amazing Sarah Morgan and Ann Beech have been!! As first time buyers we were apprehensive and also a little scared applying for our first mortgage. Stressful experience however good service from the estate agent. Lisa Royle was my contact and she was extremely efficient and helpful. Always responded to emails and phone calls and helped chase up solicitors to keep the process moving. Solicitors often expect that you understand the process of selling a property. Lisa would always explain and help me to understand the process better. Definately my "go to person" when feeling frustrated. She also kept me updated constantly. Excellent service from both Sarah Morgan and Becky Taylor with our remortgage. Firstly, Sarah found us the best mortgage deal for our circumstances and worked through it with us explaining it all very clearly. I was recommended Sarah through Ryder & Dutton estate agents, and I like to do my own research first so based on the reviews Sarah had, I decided it wouldn’t be a bad idea given my lack of knowledge on the process. Even before I’d met Sarah, I was called by Becky to inform me of the process, what I would need to bring and generally what to expect, which I thought was a personal touch, Becky is very friendly and very knowledgeable in her job. Whilst I had the expectation that it would be a monotonous meeting talking about financials etc, it was quite the opposite. Sarah was very accommodating as we were only able to meet on the Saturday, and when we met Sarah I instantly noticed how approachable and bubbly she is. She’s very open about the process and her own life experiences, so it becomes very easy speaking to her. In reality it is difficult having such a lengthy and detailed chat with a stranger, however with Sarah it felt like speaking to a family member or a friend.  I was really impressed with Sarah’s enthusiasm; her passion for her job and experience at what she does really shines through.  Sarah does not push you into making decisions, I always find with every recommendation she offers, there is rationale and thought behind it, it is always at the benefit of the customer. Buying a house is possibly the most stressful and most painful experience of anyone’s life, particularly as a first time buyer, however, at every stage of this process I have known where I am up to, what to expect and I have not felt stressed at any time throughout this. Even though my mortgage is now at accept stage, Sarah and Becky have both been keeping me up to date with the next steps and what to expect from the solicitors. There is obviously a charge with using a broker, however its money well spent and I would highly recommend Sarah and Becky. They take all the stress and hard work out of an already nerve-wracking process, I couldn’t be happier with my progress so far.
