Staff were always on time, friendly and informative on viewings. Maybe they need a little longer though as I occasionally felt rushed.I liked having a dedicated team member after making an offer. I've recently let my property out through ryder and dutton. Rachael, moira were who helped ensure my property was let out to the right people. They've made sure the process was as easy as possible. Especially considering I haven't been in the country myself. They've kept me updated regularly and they've been easy to communicate with. Considering how difficult dealing with estate agents can be, I'd highly recommend ryder and dutton as they've been easy to work with and the whole process has been stress free.

Firstly, Sarah found us the best mortgage deal for our circumstances and worked through it with us explaining it all very clearly. Then Becky kept us fully up to date throughout the whole process, with regular phone calls and emails explaining where we were up to. This was all done in a very friendly positive way and explaining all the legal jargon in laymans terms. Together they make a great team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was recommended Sarah through Ryder & Dutton estate agents, and I like to do my own research first so based on the reviews Sarah had, I decided it wouldn’t be a bad idea given my lack of knowledge on the process. Even before I’d met Sarah, I was called by Becky to inform me of the process, what I would need to bring and generally what to expect, which I thought was a personal touch, Becky is very friendly and very knowledgeable in her job. Whilst I had the expectation that it would be a monotonous meeting talking about financials etc, it was quite the opposite. Sarah was very accommodating as we were only able to meet on the Saturday, and when we met Sarah I instantly noticed how approachable and bubbly she is. She’s very open about the process and her own life experiences, so it becomes very easy speaking to her. In reality it is difficult having such a lengthy and detailed chat with a stranger, however with Sarah it felt like speaking to a family member or a friend.  I was really impressed with Sarah’s enthusiasm; her passion for her job and experience at what she does really shines through.  Sarah does not push you into making decisions, I always find with every recommendation she offers, there is rationale and thought behind it, it is always at the benefit of the customer. Buying a house is possibly the most stressful and most painful experience of anyone’s life, particularly as a first time buyer, however, at every stage of this process I have known where I am up to, what to expect and I have not felt stressed at any time throughout this. Even though my mortgage is now at accept stage, Sarah and Becky have both been keeping me up to date with the next steps and what to expect from the solicitors. There is obviously a charge with using a broker, however its money well spent and I would highly recommend Sarah and Becky. They take all the stress and hard work out of an already nerve-wracking process, I couldn’t be happier with my progress so far.

We've just completed on a home with Ryder and Dutton and couldn't be happier. They were so accommodating throughout the entire process, even through the extra bumps in the road. I cannot praise Geraldine Marsden enough for continuously following up with solicitors, surveyors and other contractors on our behalf. Fantastic Estate agents, simply the best!So we put our house on the market back in 2023 and stupidly went with the cheapest option full of promises of quick sales etc.. But after 5-6 months we'd hardly had but a handful of viewings!So we decided to switch to Ryder & Dutton and within days of them taking over our listing we started to get viewings after viewings and within about 6 weeks we had an offer and our sale was agreed.Catherine Salisbury took over our sale and I can't praise her enough, she was fantastic from start to finish, chasing solicitors (due to quite a complex chain) always keeping us updated, she couldn't of done anymore for us, she is a credit to Ryder & Dutton.I just wished we'd gone with them from the start, so lessons learnt there.If you are selling a house in the area then save yourself a lot of hassle, time and money and go with Ryder and Dutton and if Catherine gets your file, you can be sure she'll give you everything.
