I have used Henstock’s Property Services for several years now and found them to be very friendly and extremely helpful. They used to find tenants for my rental properties, Andrew would often give me help and advice freely, when I needed it. It’s the sort of place you can just pop into and have a chat. They now act as my letting agent and have given me guidance and lots of support in dealing with a difficult tenant. They are also handling the sale of another property which is progressing well so I am more than happy to recommend them.

Really helpful and professional

Recently bought a house marketed by Henstocks, and they were helpful and professional throughout. Throughout the process, our conveyancers needed prompting and chasing to make progress and Henstocks really helped with that, and speeded things along. They were helpful and proactive in communication and did little extra things to assist the sale, off their own initiative, they definitely took weeks off the process, which in something like buying a house is incredibly useful. Really impressed and I would recommend them.
