GoogleI HAVE JUST RECENTLY SOLD AND BOUGHT FROM HENSTOCKS, THIS BEING MY 2ND TIME SELLING WITH THEM, THE ADVICE AND GUIDANCE AND INPUT GIVEN BY THE VERY FRIENDLY OFFICE TEAM MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS VERY STRESS FREE. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. FROM START TO FINISH I WAS KEPT UP-TO DATE ON A DAILY BASIS EVEN HELPED ME COMPLETE MY SOLICITORS FORMS WHICH LOOK QUITE INTIMIDATING. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

GoogleI know I am only meant to write a few lines for a review however I can not explain how outstanding my experience in a 'few lines'. Most definitely looking forward to my future in a property managed by Henstock Property Services. Not only was I made to feel welcome but I was reassured throughout the whole process. Despite the fact I was very nervous for the whole change of moving into a home and standing on my own two feet, I was made very aware that I was not alone. Not to mention, they made everything easy and very convenient for me (which I really appreciate). As you can imagine, I was very eager to move forward, and I can only apologise for the amount of calls and emails this company received from me. They were very understanding and answered all of my questions as well as keeping me up to date every step of the way. Every single member of staff I have spoken to have been professional, friendly and not one bit frustrated that I was constantly asking questions. Phil Henstock has been nothing but amazing this whole time and explained everything in detail to me. He is so down to earth, not just great at his job but also lovely to talk to in general. Today I picked up the keys to my new property and he made sure I was happy, smiling and laughing the whole way though (he probably noticed me shaking like a leaf with excitement / nerves) I can not thank you enough Phil for taking your time to help me find the perfect property for us!!! I would honestly rate this company more than 5 stars if I could!!!

GoogleHenstock Estate Agents upheld a wonderful balance of friendliness and professionalism from the off set of our new tenancy application and signing. As young couple moving from London to our first home in Manchester, not only did we find our perfect house through them , Henstock kept us informed and updated throughout our application which made the whole process smooth and easy. Most notable was Phil Henstock. He was so attentive, warm and informative. All legal aspects surrounding our new lease was fully outlined to us , as well as his extensive knowledge of the history of the property and recommendations of local businesses in area, it was truly outstanding. From our past experiences with lettings agents , signing with Henstock has been deeply reassuring and heartwarming for the start of our new life here in the north.

GoogleWe have recently moved into a rented house let by Henstocks and cannot fault the service we have received. Every time we have contacted the office via the phone or have walked in off the street they were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. When we eventually moved into the property, one of their agents, Philip, met us at the house and couldn't do enough for us. He confidently talked us through the paper work and put us at ease. We felt that we weren't being rushed and we could ask him anything. When walking around the property to do a check a couple of the smoke detectors didn't work and he replaced them on the spot! He also fitted a new lock to the back door when my husband asked about security. You don't get that from many estate agents! Overall the application of the letting was smooth and the fees were very reasonable compared to other agents in the area. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleThe team at Henstock Property Services were very professional from start to finish. I originally selected them to sell my property, as they have an excellent reputation in the area and they're extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what they needed to, to be able to sell my house to potential buyers, they even educated our buyers about the local area by giving them a walking tour around Alkrington Nature Reserve. If you want a stress free process of selling your home, then look no further than Henstock Property Services, I would highly recommend them to anybody.

GoogleAfter over a year with another agent with no offers we switched to Henstock Property Services, this was the best decision we made. We had viewings almost immediately and two offers in quick succession. The whole team worked their hardest for us in getting the best deal for our house and getting the best deal on our new house. Being open 7 days meant we could speak to them everyday if needed. John also went above and beyond working out of hours to help contact solicitors. Couldn't be happier, thanks you very much.

They made everything very easy and simple for our move, including going the extra mile by undertaking a few small jobs we had enquirer about after our initial property viewing.
