I had approached Henstock property…

I had approached Henstock property services after being rejected for multiple rental properties due to my poor credit. I can honestly say the service and understanding of the agents at henstock is 10/10. We were helped and updated every step of the way through the application and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/rent or sell. (I have previously worked for an online agent and the service is incomparable) Because of my insolvency talking to some agents of when enquiring about properties was becoming uncomfortable and I sometimes felt dismissed and talked down to because of it. Jonathan however understood my situation and spent the time to chat to me and went out of his way to help. Today is moving day and I can’t wait!! Thank you Henstock :)

Very impressed with this estate agent - the service from start to finish was excellent and all staff members were a pleasure to deal with.They are so quick to support and assist through the whole process of selling and buying a house and no requests ever seem to be too much trouble to them, even when you ring to speak to them as regularly as I did!All of our questions and queries were dealt with very quickly and they were proactive in making sure the transaction moved along smoothly and quickly.They are very reasonably priced and really were good to deal with at what is a really stressful time - Jonathan was particularly helpful and is a great example of what a good estate agent should be like.Thanks for all your help - Andy and Katy

I have just sold my property with the estate agents Henstock. I had them round on the 10.05.16 to go through the procedure of selling my property. I found Phil who does the measuring and marketing of the property a very easy guy to talk to and felt at ease that he would market the property in the best possible way, photos where done that I was very pleased with and also the position of where it was placed in the window of the shop. I visited the shop about 5 times to discuss certain things and I was always made very welcome and felt at ease on any questions I asked. I used the solicitor that was recommended to me that Henstock use and they dealt with everything that was needed. John was very helpful so all in all I had a very easy experience of selling a property and this all took place this weekend so just 3 months down the line my property was sold to a lovely family.

Would highly recommend Henstock to friends and family. Jane, Philip, Andrew and the rest of the team have all been really helpful throughout the process of selling our house. Communication has been excellent. The team were able to answer most of our queries on first call, if unable to answer or to check further with another team member they alway promptly called us back.
