GoogleA huge thank you to christine and all the staff at Reeds Raines Trimdon Avenue. We were in an awkward position whereby we live in Australia and had our house to sell in Acklam without being able to be there due to the coronavirus. They made a huge effort in organising the sale of my car as well as the property. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish there attention to detail and trustworthiness was exceptional we can’t thank them enough for all their help and consideration. GoogleCould not speak highly enough of the way Chris at Reeds Rains and all the staff have helped us to sell our Mums house. They like everyone are working in difficult times but helped me with all the processes of valuing ,arranging viewings, supporting us with the paperwork and the whole process.I contacted Chris early on in lockdown and she got things moving for us as quickly as possible she was polite and kind and always answered any questions we had. GoogleAfter previously dealing with a couple of Estate Agents and receiving poor service and advice, I decided to invite Reeds Rains, Acklam, Middlesbrough to give a valuation on my current property I am wanting to sell. A guy called Elliot from Acklam branch came to see me. He was a breath of fresh air! Despite the fact that he looked fairly young, he was extremely personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I explained my gripes about previous agents I'd dealt with and he reassured me on the way Reeds Rains operated making me feel really confident that first and foremost, he and all at Reeds Rains, had my best interests at heart. I had no reservations and instructed them to list my property asap. Apart from all that, their fees were also really competitive!!PositiveProfessionalism

FacebookI'd just like to give Elliot a special mention. From the valuation he was just a bundle of knowledge, very informative and professional. Elliot took great care when taking the photos and arranging the marketing of my property, he put a lot of thought into making my property look the best (suggested opening patio doors overlooking the decked area etc). When taking a photo of the exterior, the sun was annoyingly in an awkward position, Elliot came back to my house 1 hour later once the sun was a little lower to capture a better photo. (Little things like this are just so lovely and thoughtful!!) I had a little trouble my end opening and signing the electronic documents that Elliot had emailed to me. Elliot called me and suggested that he drove to my house and posted the documents through my door for me to sign manually and return back. This was so kind and thoughtful of him and I appreciated it so much! So far I have received nothing but top class service from Reeds Rains and I'm looking forward to coming onto the market with such a great team! Thank you again Elliot, credit where it is due!

GoogleOK, so they managed to sell my house, which is a bonus in a flattened market ... but, I don't feel the best price possible was obtained - in particular be wary of advice to go with a guide price range from X to Y, as we followed this advice and the associated Right Move advert made it look like the price was just X, which offers then came in beneath. Also, original valuation was way over, which meant reductions followed, which weakened our bargaining position when an offer eventually came in.

GoogleJust sold our house through Reeds Rains within a couple of days of going up for sale we LITTERALLY had an offer. They came out to value the property along with 2 other estate agents whom also gave me valuations Tho all the same valuation and been some being cheaper than reeds rains we chose reeds rains for there professionalism , he took time to tell us how he would advirtise our property , he made us think they would give it there all, he fully explained everything to the littlest detail, he was an an absolute gent. It DEFINETLY is the personal touches and details that make the difference. We ended up with 3 offers and the sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently at every step of the way by reeds rains, they kept us in the loop at all times. They did all our viewings gave us feedback and just handled everything excellent idea also having the floor plans to on there advertising brochures all these things DEFINETLY helped towards getting us a quick sale, the buyers fiancés are all checked too so there’s no time wasting too.... so a 10 out of 10. We would recommend to anyone to use Reeds Rains and we would DEFINETLY use again. Many many thanks.

GoogleYou Don't need to shop around for an estate agent, don't search the online estate agents, you just don't get the same service as Reeds Rains Estate Agent so call them first, it will save you time I don't go anywhere else. You are treated as a person and not a number by their friendly staff. Believe me I have used them on numerous occasions, the last time they sold my property in just two days. THEY CANT BE BEATEN ON SERVICE.
