GoogleI have rented for just over 4 years until recently with PH Estates and they have been great. Any issues are dealt with quickly and they are really helpful. They have a friendly team and I would definitely use them again if I ever need to in the future.

Thank you for your review. We take our customer service very seriously. I have reviewed your account and can see that you are linked to a person who was not happy as we were unable to move them into a property within a short time frame. This was due to a gas check failing. We are legally bound to only allow a tenancy to be begin when all of the safety checks are completed. We did try and explain this to the person concerned who became violent to a female member of staff. We do not tolerate abuse towards staff and as such we advised that we cannot work with the person concerned any further. We wish you the best of luck for the future.
