GoogleFirst time moving out into my own home. Shaun came to do my first inspection which I was very nervous about but he made me feel as ease. You can always guarantee that if you have any troubles Shaun will always sort it out the same day without any issues. Wouldn't wish for anyone better to help us he is so easy to get on with and so polite and professional keep up the good work Shaun xPositiveProfessionalism

GooglePoor conduct, we had an offer accepted on a house only for them to accept another offer without telling us until the other buyers had confirmed their deposit and mortgage approval, they then told us a pack of lies to string us along, we were basically used as a back up incase the other buyers pulled out or couldn’t provide the funds, nice 👍

GoogleMoved about 10 times in my life time and these are definitely the worst I have come across they would say anything to get a extra few quid of you nothing but bullies and liers threatend to kick me out in 7 days because I wrote a review similar to this. Had me in tears and a emotional mess and made my mental health that bad I hit rock bottom n had to leave the house I would never ever recommend these to anyone. Be aware of these avoid them. Changed there name from I am sales and lettings to Perkins hall I wonder why? Sure Andy hall knows why! dont even know how he got the job doesn't even know how to count n work money out the company is a joke. Now there getting ppl to put 5 star reviews to up there rep probably from the company itself.

GoogleShaun from PH estate agents sold my house in August 2022, he said it wouldn't take long to sell and to his word it was sold within a week. He was always available to talk to and nothing was too much bother for him, he takes his job very seriously but with humour. I would reccomend shaun. and PH estate agents 5☆

GoogleThese guys are scammers they scammed me for £450 I paid them and I got no messages or no reply’s
Agent replied · 15 June 2024
Thank you for your review. We are very concerned by this review as we do not hold an amount for £450 that is in dispute nor have we taken a fee for this amount. We only charge a sales or lettings fee after we have completed the work for our client. The only other payments we take are in relation to rent. This is only charged to clients who are living in rental accommodation in which they live. We kindly ask that you send an urgent email to andrew@phestateagents.co.uk to outline what has happened.
