GoogleI have used PH estate agents on several occasions to sell and rent out properties and they are superb. Highly rate them. They have speedily found me good tenants and any repairs are also dealt with very efficiently. I have always found them to have fantastic local knowledge. GoogleI had a disappointing experience with this estate agency. The staff displayed a complete lack of people skills, being rude and unhelpful at every turn. Communication was poor, and they seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Overall, I felt undervalued as a client. I would not recommend their services.

Thank you for your review. We take our customer service very seriously. I have reviewed your account and can see that you are linked to a person who was not happy as we were unable to move them into a property within a short time frame. This was due to a gas check failing. We are legally bound to only allow a tenancy to be begin when all of the safety checks are completed. We did try and explain this to the person concerned who became violent to a female member of staff. We do not tolerate abuse towards staff and as such we advised that we cannot work with the person concerned any further. We wish you the best of luck for the future.
