PH Estate Agents were very professional from valuation to completion. The service we received was incredible. Every step of my sale and purchase, in this instance, was well informed , made easy and straightforward. The house was presented at its best on their website and the walk through /360 helped a lot for potential buyers. They generated many viewings and the staff were so professional when it came to offers made on the house. And what can I say about the staff… they were amazing . It’s difficult to put into words how brilliant they were . . Special thanks to Shaun- don’t know how we could have done it without your help.Thank you! I came to PH Estates to sell my recently deceased mothers home. Something I had never done before. The process of it was daunting and I had multiple estate agency’s that just felt rushed and wasn’t what I wanted. Then Shaun comes along and literally gets on my wave length and is one of the reasons why I chose PH, Shaun is a lovely, polite, caring and well mannered man, who shows empathy and compassion and most importantly respect. From start to finish Shaun made me feel heard with what I wanted for the house. He is one of the best estate agents in the area and you are very very lucky to have him just as I was when he made the whole Process of selling my mums house an absolute dream. I was regularly updated with everything and he explained things I didn’t understand and that’s something that’s very valuable. He is absolutely amazing at what he does and I would and already have recommended Shaun at PH Estates to multiple people that are thinking of selling Ect. He’s a top asset to you as a company! Disappointing experience overall. Communication was inconsistent and things often felt more stressful than they needed to be. There were delays and a lack of clarity at key points, which made the process frustrating. While some staff were polite, the overall service didn’t meet expectations and I wouldn’t rush to use them again.

I am delighted with PH Estate Agents and glad to highly recommend them. I received excellent help and friendly advice, making things go through smoothly, when selling my home in Middlesbrough. At every point they showed knowledge and professionalism all at a very reasonable price. I was told what the cost would be from day one plus TAX, which is what I paid. Fortunately, there were no unforeseen primables. That is things known of, that could arise but fortunately didn't arise. This was especially an ideal service for me as I am severely visually impaired. PH Estate Agents took this into consideration and were a great help in supporting me.

I've received a section 21 from you in the post so I aren't sure how you can say you haven't dealt with me. You also told me on the phone where I recorded the call that I wouldn't be rehomed with just a section 21 so you would let that run out then provide me with a fake court letter to take to my local housing and then they would rehome me. If you're claiming I'm not on your system at all then I'm assuming the section 21 isn't worth the paper it's wrote on either?

Very upsetting experience due to this estate agents unprofessionalism. Some time ago (around 5 months) I had expressed interest in a property. I had requested to view the property in question, however, no one was available to show me around which was fine as these things happen. I viewed the property on my own (from the exterior and through the windows) and decided to place an offer. During me going and viewing and deciding to place an offer, someone else had placed an offer which was accepted - again, these things happen. However, some time went past and the property was still listed on the internet, despite being advertised as ‘under offer’. I contacted PH Estate Agents regarding an update and was informed it was 100% sold, just awaiting legal approval etc. I left it with them having my contact information and if it became available again, they would contact previous interested parties (such as myself). Fast track a few months later and the property did become available again, however, no one had the decency to contact me and yet again, it’s been sold and listed as ‘under offer’. I am annoyed and upset. We cannot all check Rightmove every minute of every day and as I had previously expressed interest, I expected a phone call / email to notify me it was on the market again. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS ESTATE AGENT. They always seem very uninterested and have lacked experience. There’s better estate agents than these, for both parties. Edit: - To follow up PH Estate Agents response, I’d like to add some notes. I did 100% enquire and leave details regarding a house you were advertising. If you cannot see that perhaps you require a new form of managing enquires. I note you use the “We have checked all of the viewings and interested parties and cannot see you ever showing an interest in the property” line fairly regularly when responding to reviews. Why, if someone hadn’t had a bad experience would they go to the lengths of writing a review? You need to review your practices and step up a gear.
