GoogleMy experience with Horizon sales and lettings was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, they consistently failed to keep us updated on important developments. To make matters worse, they even sent us a memorandum of sale with incorrect information after notifying them to correct the details this still was not done, leading to the vendor backing out. Shockingly, we weren't informed of this until our solicitor brought it to our attention. The lack of communication and attention to detail displayed by this sales team is unacceptable and has left us thoroughly dissatisfied with our experience. Now they using there clauses to not refund our £3600. DO NOT PAY SOURCING FEEE THEY WONT CONTACT YOU AFTER.

GoogleHad been looking for a place to rent for a while through other companies and got nowhere and had no luck. After speaking to Lyndsey Reynolds for the first time, I had my own place sorted in the exact area that I wanted within days. She was very nice, very helpful and responded to emails straight and she is the reason why I'd recommend anyone to use horizon for their properties or to find one.

GoogleI am very disappointed about horizon services. First of all, house wasn't in same condition as describe in advert, also pictures are different then what ever the condition was. I came over from leicester to invest in Middlesbrough. Planning to buy 3 buy to let property. I will not get any Bussiness to horizon in future for sure.
Hi Gaurangkumar; we are quite confused by your 1* review. The house you viewed was the same as our team photographed when we listed it. The landlord had granted tenants permission to decorate in the meantime, so colours/wallpapers have differed slightly but it’s exactly the same house
