GoogleIt's nice to see a refreshingly honest company after dealing with some utter cowboys lately. Professional, friendly and they have the utmost respect for their customers. Big thumbs-up to Lyndsey who kept me updated from start to finish and was never too busy for a chat. Competence of the highest order and she took the sting out of what was a very complex process at times. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Buyer did not come direct to Horizon and came via 3rd party sourcing agent whom had all material facts. The buyer then tried to circumvent Horizon during the sales process, contacting our client directly on Facebook of which our client was not happy. If only estate agents could rate buyers

GoogleFor anyone looking to move home this year and need the services of a professional Estate Agent that actually does what they say they are going to do and help in trying to make the process as pain free and streamlined as possible, then I can recommend Horizon Sales and Lettings at Newport Road in Middlesbrough without reservation. From the moment we decided to test the market to final completion, Horizon kept us informed, which is more than can be said about some agents who say all the things you want to hear when they are trying to get your business, but then don't live up to their promises, or your expectations. From Horizon placing my property on their website I had an offer of the full asking price within 24 hours! To say I was both shocked and ecstatic would be an understatement. Of course this is not something they promise, I may have just been fortunate. This is a genuine review for the services of Horizon which I give based purely on the service they provided for me. They helped to make the process as worry and stress free as possible. Thank you to both Charlotte and Chloe whom I dealt with on various occasions, I wish you all the success for the future.

GoogleWe came across Horizon at the Landlord Investment Show and were very impressed. They've since supported us with the purchase of an investment property. Everyone we've met at Horizon has been extremely helpful and friendly! GoogleVery poor service. asked us to pay the sourcing fee £3600 was told by there agent Jordan that if vendor backs out they will find us a different property or refund us which was not the case. highly recommend to not pay sourcing fee to buy a property with Horizon sales and lettings.

GoogleSelling my house with Jordan at horizon was effortless compared to selling previous houses he communicated with me throughout the full process and when a snag was hit not his fault or ours he worked tirelessly to resolve the issue I will definitely be using horizon for any future purchases or selling.

GoogleDon't bother asking this lot about houses if you're relocating to the UK. This lot replied to my initial enquiry demanding my passport and bank statements. Before we've even talked about viewing!
