GoogleThis estate agent is terrible as they don't know how to fix issues and if you fail to keep up with the rent for any reason they are straight on to you. They send you fake paperwork when you get too far behind on the rent, basically they want your money and refuse to do any repairs to your property.

Dear Mark,
As you have mentioned, it is our responsibility to collect rent and send the correct documentation when tenants are continuously behind on rent payments. I feel we would be a huge let down to our landlords if we weren't 'straight on to you' about rental arrears, so we will take your review positively.
Intentional damage isn't always repaired immediately and we are 'managing agents' therefore we do not carry out repairs without landlords authorisation.

Google40 minutes late to the viewing, the house was an absolute state. Said they just needed cleaning but honestly would be better off with remodelling with the broken sockets and pulled up vinyl flooring. Obviously did not care about the tenants living there from the way they were knocking on doors. Didn't even want to risk renting from them.

Unfortunately when carrying out viewings we cannot guarantee a level of cleanliness as there are tenants residing in the properties and if there were any maintenance issues, these are usually caused by tenants and they are always resolved before a new tenant moves in.

Thankyou for your review. If money is owed to the business then you will be chased, which is normal from any agency. Subrina does not manage property maintenance but rather the property managers/letting negotiators look after maintenance, Subrina has no involvement in this. I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this agency, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others about their unethical practices. As a student, I entrusted them with my housing needs, only to be taken advantage of when it came time to retrieve my deposit at the end of my tenure.They find ways & means to retain students' hard-earned money. Throughout my tenancy, I took great care of the property, adhered to all agreed-upon terms, and left the place in the same condition as when I moved in. Despite this, I was stunned to discover that they were attempting to withhold a significant portion of my deposit without any valid justification and on top of it telling me that I must pay council tax as a student.It is clear that the agency prioritizes profit over integrity and customer satisfaction. Their disregard for ethical business practices and their unwillingness to engage in fair and transparent dealings are deeply concerning. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to proceed with caution.
