GoogleBe prepared to use the mydeposit scheme otherwise you will lose out on your deposit. Guaranteed they will do it to you. Ended up losing out on £100 instead of the £650 they claimed for. PS it's the agency you have to worry about not the landlord.

GoogleI have been using Foxtons for a long time to find tenants for a couple of rental properties we had, and then to find buyers when we decided to sell them. They always manage to find really good tenants with minimal gaps between tenancies, and were able to secure good buyers as well. Particular shout outs to Matt, Andrea, Adrienne and Rupert. GoogleSadly we waited at the property for 40 min but no one turned up we called the agency 3 times to try and get in contact with the agent but she wasn't answering them either. I just hope nothing serious happend to her because we didn't hear from anyone since.

GoogleFoxtons have been amazing throughout the whole process of the sale. They have been very quick to respond and follow through everything thoroughly. They delivered everything promised and we managed to complete faster than we had imagined despited trying other agencies for months Foxtons were able to sell on the first viewing.

He has the most pleasant demeanour and always happy to help and answer any questions we have. He was eager without being aggressive; and his follow up work was very good. He was also very quick in responding, even after we took possession of the flat. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience!!
