GoogleCath and George in the Merthyr office are brilliant. Always friendly, quick to respond and sort out any problems quickly. They have sourced great tenants who have looked after and shown respect to our properties which shows their judge of character. I hope Head Office appreciate how lucky they are to have these two and that they are the reason I have stayed with this company over the years.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleInitial contact wasn't the most inspiring when viewing a potential purchase. Received hard sell calls from their call centre who continually cited Armageddon sized problems unless we put our property from sale with them there and then wouldn't take "we'll think about it" as a end line. Had to be very blunt to stop their pushing. However, Molly Davies came onboard - what a difference in the service. Nothing to much trouble, made us believe sale and purchase was doable, set out a great plan to move things along. Hand holding offered throughout . Without this young lady who was new to the Merthyr Branch we dont thing we would have stayed with PA at all. She was exemplary.

GoogleDelt with derri during the week with a few questions about a property I'm interested in. A top employee and extremely knowledgeable, all my queries were answered there and then with a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend to anyone as this level of customer care is hard to find these days, so much so an offer was made on the property that day
