GoogleUtilised the Peter Alan mortgage Broker service and our advisor Lily was fantastic throughout. I would definitely recommend using this service, one payment covers you for future assistance and you receive prompts when your renewal is due. My only suggestion is for the marketing team to communicate with one another more as I had to advise them I had already purchased a house and to remove my number several times.

GoogleFrom the very first time I was in contact with Peter Alan and especially Morgan Rowlands, he has been absolutely brilliant, from showing myself and my mother around the property to answering any and every question we both had. Morgan has been incredibly helpful from start to finish and I genuinely cannot thank him enough for all the help and support he has provided. Absolutely brilliant service.

GoogleDuring a quite stressful time, I dealt with George and Emma while trying to find somewhere new to rent. They were nothing but professional, courteous, and really supportive, and made the experience as stress free as they could. On the whole I found Peter Alan to be probably the best interaction with a letting agent I've had, and was surprised by the standard of professionalism I witnessed, based on previous experiences with other letting agents during my time renting over the years. I would definitely recommend and should I ever need to move again, these are the people I would be coming back to.

GoogleGeorge & Catherine were wonderful - after months of looking for somewhere “just right” to rent with various other estate agents & not getting anywhere, I had almost lost hope of finding something before Christmas. Thankfully I called Peter Alan to enquire about a place (in an area I didn’t know at all & only followed it up as the house looked nice- but Catherine listened to what I was looking for & assured me that this property would be a good fit- she was right!) George fitted in a viewing within a couple of days & showed me around - he was lovely- friendly & helpful & spent time discussing any questions or concerns I had. They both kept me regularly updated on the process of my application and I was able to pick up the keys and move in to the property within 12 days of viewing it. Great service & I feel confident that if I had any problems they would be quick to respond- excellent communication throughout the whole process. Thankyou!

GoogleI had the most beautiful, caring,intentional and honest experience with peter Alan merthyr Tydfil. I walked in on the first day and was welcomed by the most beautiful smile, she said her name was catherine,little did i know that would be the first of many. Catherine made my journey of getting a house so easy and smooth,she did all she could to assist me in getting the very best for me and i can never thank her enough❤️. And then, there was george! Friendly to say the least, always willing to assist and they never even for a second made me feel like i was stressing them out, because i know i definitely did! Thank you so much guys, cheers with love from the kitchen finally😂😂💯

GooglePeter Alan and iamsold made a terrible job of my house sale and have put me in a really difficult position. They advised selling via modern method of auction and listed my property with a low reserve to attract buyers. Instead the low marketing price instantly devalued my property when it did not achieve a sale at auction. I now can’t even sell to a cash buyer because of the low reserve price. I can’t sell on the open market at a higher price because of the low reserve. It’s a mess and I’m thinking about complaining to the ombudsman about their terrible service. The agent who initially valued my property and advised the auction route actually left the company shortly afterwards and I had barely any contact with them after that, but at no point did they explain the ramifications of low auction reserves. If selling with them, do not go with their auction route, it’s a disaster.

Rhys Minty who showed us around two properties was the most enthusiastic agent! Very proud of the Welsh valleys, very helpful and honest and a real credit to Peter Alan!

Google1 star due to how impressed I am, by how poor the customer service is. Having to explain the same issue multiple times, waiting 3+ years for repairs to be arranged and a lack of any professionalism. About as useful as a chocolate teapot, look elsewhere if you’re going to rent.

Googleafter only speaking with Cath on the phone she managed to get us in to see a property on the same day with George. They have been a massive help with us in relocating and salting out all information via phone and email and always keeping us up to date with everything moving forward. I cant thank them enough for all there help and I would highly recommend Cath and George at Peter Alan Merthyr office
