Unfortunately the chain fell through, but as a team they were back on it and had us re-sold within days. From the initial valuation to the exchange of contracts I could not find fault with any of the services offered by Wards Estate agents Rainham branch .Although they are possibly slightly dearer than some other agents in the area this was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I was helping to sell my mother in laws house for her and as Wards have such a large database of prospective buyers the house was sold very quickly and at the full asking price. Following the initial offer and acceptance I was kept updated on almost a daily basis by Judy Day (who was brilliant throughout the whole process)Well done to Darren and the whole team.

We recently asked Wards to give us a valuation of our bungalow. We are not ready to sell at this time but could be sometime in the future. James Rixon came to give us a valuation on our property. He was excellent. He called us prior to the appointment to see if all was still ok with the time. He was very kind and complimentary concerning our home.
