Total lack of communication in Rainham Kent branch! Honesty not their priority! My poor elderly mother, who thought move to a new bungalow having sold her house via Wards, found out approx 10 weeks down the line that her imminent move was no longer happening as no definite mortgage was in place for her buyer!!!! LOADS of other things happened along the way making my mothers and I stress levels to go through the roof. Their reassurance and input along the way to a dead end was absolutely diabolical and we will certainly be taking it further. Thanks for nothing, plus we are £500 down for the privilege 🤬

Incredible service from Emily at the Wards Ashford branch. We are relatively new to renting but Emily was massively helpful with getting everything processed and keeping us informed and updated. They sold it with a minimum of fuss (even during this difficult time), lots of reassurance and humour, couldn't have asked for more. Liars and Cheats. They claimed they had received funds for a Tenancy Rental of 6 months, and then gave me an indemnity form to sign which invalidated my insurance. They didn't receive the funds and the Tenant did not, and has not paid for 6 months +. Still waiting for a Possession Order & Bailiffs to remove a Tenant which they put in my property. I've lost over £6,000 and counting. They cannot manage property rentals, do not give them your property to manage, use others in Kent. Anyone but Wards!

Excellent service from all at Wards in Rainham, despite being in the first lockdown. Plenty of viewings arranged, communication throughout was very good and portal on their website was really useful for providing updates on viewings.We ended up selling my Mum's house with the minimum of fuss and delay. Recently started renting through Wards estate agents and found them so helpful and efficient especially Tamila, the lovely young lady who was dealing with us. Always happy to help, nothing was too big or small, always at the end of the phone and called back promptly if ever she was unavailable when I called. Which just made the whole experience stress free. I would definitely recommend this estate agent to friends and family.

I popped into New Romney Branch on an off chance to see as to whether I could get a valuation, I believe it was Jake I spoke too who was extremely helpful felt I’d known for years. Took all my details and advised that it would be Hythe branch that would carry out the valuation and that he would pass all the details over. I even offered to pay as I am not selling the property, but advised it was a free service. Mark from Hythe contacted me to confirm an appointment time, very efficient I thought and on day of appointment was followed by a further call to confirm time of attendance.Mark was spot on time and again was so helpful gave me a verbal valuation then confirmed I would receive a written valuation which I did. Indeed was the same day TOP MARKS to WARDS in Hythe and New Romney. If I do sell will not hesitate to use wards.Leon Blackett
