A great experience thanks to a wonderful team.

We worked with the Wards team based at Medway City Estate and we cannot fault them. We mostly dealt with Tessa and wow, what a Lettings Advisor. Tessa is really lovely, friendly and yet so professional. Nothing was ever too much to ask and Tessa always got back to us with a response promptly. Tessa always went above and beyond for us and we’re so grateful. She kept us up to date through the whole process and as someone who’s a bit of an organised freak, it really put my mind at ease. Definitely the best service we have received from an estate agent- they’re such a wonderful team. If we ever move again, I will definitely be returning to Wards and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Best letting agency for first timers.

Because we recently moved into the UK, I've been told that I should plan to get a rental property in about 6-8 weeks but these guys pleasantly surprised me, I got everything wrapped up in 2 weeks! No hassles with the documentation process. Thanks so much Patrick! Wouldn’t have moved without Wards/Kims help!

Where to start, so we used Wards to sell our home with the process starting in around May 2021, lots of usual issues with viewings, buyers, chains, mortgage offers/rates renewing etc. we eventually moved in May 2022. However I honestly believe this wouldn’t have happened and we would have lost a lot of time and money if it wasn’t for the efforts of Wards with managing the chain. Kim was vital to this and she went over and above to make sure the chain progressed as it needed to, chasing unresponsive solicitors, even speaking to individuals who weren’t even using wards to help them action their parts so the whole chain could move along. Lots of stressful moments and near misses but as stated above none of this would have gone through without Kim. Thank you so much Kim! The lads in the office were also always helpful and even helped chase thrnsolicitors on the day of completion when we hadn’t heard anything by around 3:15pm, which was then quickly resolved after a call in to wards. All in all the most stressful move we’ve ever had. But wards were the only ones in the chain (around 5 buyers/sellers and at least another 3 estate agents and solicitors) that seemed to care. I would suggest to anyone that you use Wards or at least make sure your estate agent provides someone like Kim in a progressor type role to manage the chain.

We recently purchased our property through Wards New Romney, the process like any other purchase was lengthy and challenging. However, Wards New Romney and the team were fully supportive, and helpful in assisting us, and in particular our allocated agent Jake was exceptional. Jake was friendly, helpful and fully onboard with completing our purchase from the get go. He assisted us most days with additional viewings, answering questions contacting our buyer and solicitor when needed and encouraging us at all times, to give us confidence all would be completed as suggested. We could not have asked for more. His relations with the other office staff and our purchase progressor made everything easier and more streamlined. We were also thoroughly pleased with his recommendation to use their recommended/linked solicitors (Martin Tolhurst), this hugely improved the communication and we could not recommend this service enough.Jake could not have done more for us, he was patient, kind, understanding and helpful; he gave us so much time and assistance to get our purchase and sale completed we could not have asked for more. To say we are happy with Wards estate agents in Rainham couldn't be further from the truth! They are dishonest, they do not communicate with each other let alone their clientèle and have caused my elderly mother unnecessary stress and anxiety ending in her house move not happening due to her buyer not even having a mortgage in place!! We have paid out monies for searches etc on new property as we were assured everything was fine NOT!! Do not use them is my advice!
