GoogleWe needed to find somewhere to rent urgently and out of all the letting agents we contacted they were one of the only ones who actually took the time to get back to us. However they were the only ones who were helpful enough to take things further. All contact with them was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner. Any problems that we encountered were dealt with there and then. When we needed to visit their office you could not have wished to be greeted by a more friendly staff. Lyn and the rest of the team were amazing but I must say that Sandra was absolutely brilliant and we can't thank her enough. If you're looking to rent anywhere in Medway you simply must start with them.

Compared to every other estate agent in the area we contacted, most either simply ignored us or said no pets without even bothering to contact the landlords to see if it was possible. Cindie took the time to find out about the property and the prospective buyers and kept me informed of all offers and buyer position. The after sales service was excellent and all queries were answered promptly and they kept in touch regularly with all parties, including their recommended solicitor Amanda Rose, who I would also recommend.
