Best experience I've had with a lettings agent. They dealt with any issues promptly and were very fair regarding the deposit when it came to moving out. Would highly recommend.

We are sorry you feel this way however we can not do works that landlord are not allowing us to do, we have sent you numerous emails doing our best to work with you but we can not make landlords spend money when they don't want to. You have been fully communicated with both in and out of office hours and we have done our upmost to ensure the issue was resolved.

Alan Cooke have been great with the whole process form viewing the house the first time to last step. Katie has especially been helpful and helped us through the process. I would recommend them to anyone buying a house.

If they try and take your deposit like they did to us. Dispute it, as we went to the TDS and were given our deposit back. Not a great company. Very sneaky.
