From start to finish Alan Cooke sales and lettings (not to be confused with the shambles that is Alan Cooke estate agents) have been fantastic. Elissia has been great from day one. Absolutely brilliant, I can't recommend them highly enough. Elissia went above and beyond to help me and keep me updated on the progress of my purchase. She always responded to e-mails whether during office hours or not and was invaluable when it came to liaising with solicitors on both sides of the transaction and with the vendor directly. I have worked in property all my working life. Elissia has been the most conscientious and professional agent I have worked with. We had a very difficult sale which, without her, may not have happened. She spent hours talking to agents and solicitors down the chain to ensure our sale went through. Elissia has been fantastic from start to finish helping with our sale, and her advice and the service she has provided has been perfect. If the rating was on her alone she would have earned a very well deserved 5 stars however, as I have had issues with some other staff within the team trying to release my keys out to a valuer when this had not been agreed, this has to be taken into consideration. That being said, the service I have received has been far better than for the previous house sales I have performed through other agents and if I was staying in the area I would ensure I used Elissia and Alan Clarke Sales & Lettings the next time I moved.
