About JLL Mayfair & Marylebone Mayfair
Home to some of the world’s most recognizable streets, including Oxford Street, Regent Street, Bond Street, Savile Row and Park Lane, shopping and entertainment is only a stone’s throw with leisure pursuits to suit every taste. Mayfair is home to Royal Parks including Hyde Park, Green Park and St James’s Park, meaning green space is always on your doorstep. Marylebone has developed into a very cosmopolitan central London area, a short way away from Oxford Street and south of Regents Park in West London. The high street is populated with an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants. Of an evening, these areas come alive as Mayfair & Marylebone embrace an impressive selection of theatrical shows, Private Members clubs and Michelin starred restaurants to fill diaries after dark. Transport: Mayfair is a very well-connected area. With Green Park tube station on the Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly lines enabling fast access to Heathrow airport. Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus stations are both on the Bakerloo line which quickly transport you to Waterloo and Charing Cross mainline train stations. Marble Arch station is on the Central line connecting you to Notting Hill and Holland Park to the west. Education: Mayfair has a plethora of co-educational and independent schools including St George’s Hanover Square, Westminster School, Connaught House and Queen’s College London. The area is home to the Sylvia Young Theatre School, making you feel truly connected to London’s theatreland. The area also attracts national and international students with higher education institutions Westminster University and the London School of Economics.
