We rented a flat through Frost's for two years. Previously we had had a negative experience with another letting agent (there next door neighbour) and were very wary. Frost's showed us lots of properties and were very professional and informative. Renting though them has been easy and we have had no issues. Any maintaince problems were dealt with and fixed in good time. We dealt mainly with Chloe who was very friendly and supportive.
