We recently sold our house through Frosts. It was a hell of a journey over 11 months and 3 buyers. I think we dealt with just about every member of staff in the office to the point that we knew each other immediately just by voice, so thank you to Matt, Sean, John, Jess and Wendy (sorry if I've forgotten anyone!). But ultimately it was Tom who got us over the line - he was incredibly reliable, hardworking, persistent and a pleasure to work with. Frosts have been excellent from the start! I initially chose another estate agent based on a cheaper price but regretted it instantly. Frosts kept in touch and eventually i moved across. True to their word not only did they get my property sold for the asking price but also found me a fantastic property to buy! We approached Frost's as prospective buyers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! Within a really tricky market and under difficult time restraints Shaun made me feel totally at ease. His friendly and personable approach really adds a great dynamic to this and reinjects some much needed personality and rapport back into this industry. As a first time tenant, I felt completely scammed. Redecorated before the showing and moved in and had a serious mould problem. My clothes were ruined and they did not care nor take any responsibility, only a dehumidifier months after complaining. The neighbours told me the flat was prone to mould and that all previous tenants living there had the same problem. We mentioned how their was dew on the walls when we were shown and the sales advisor explained this was only due to the flat being empty, when they would have been aware there was mould issues. Would never use again, feel like they took advantage of us being a young couple, showed no compassion or integrity.

I'm really pleased with how Frosts have handled the sale of my property, especially the due diligence at the offer stage, which was very thorough. Based on that, the sale proceeded well. Of course, there were the usual delays at the enquiries stage (when is a property transaction ever stress-free?!) but Frosts were effective 'chasers' and always kept me informed, acting as liaison between all the parties. Oh yes, and they're nice people too! I'd totally recommend them.

We had a great experience securing a rental through Cherry at Frosts. She was extremely polite and professional, and was willing to accommodate to our needs and requests. There were a few problems on the other end of the contract which we were not made aware of because Cherry didn't seem to want to worry us.
