GoogleAbsolutely awful experience with this company! Rented a property off them for 8 months. Awful, communications, misinformed on numerous occasions. When I did need to leave the tenancy I was given days notice to leave. Absolutely shoddy service they make mistakes and expect you to rectify them immediately because of on error on their behalf. The have made what has been an already stressful year soo much worse and I would not ever use them to sell my property or buy a house through them either.

GoogleWe have used Julian Wadden for several sales and lettings over the last few years and have always found them to be most helpful. All the staff from reception up to senior management are 'on the ball' and look after you in the most professional way. Their expertise and knowledge is second to none and they all have one passion which is to get your sale through with as little stress as possible to you. They have been excellent with all of our recent sales and lettings and we would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell or rent. Thanks to everyone and keep safe in these difficult times.

GoogleHaving not had any success with the first estate agent that l had trusted the sale of my property with,l moved to Julian Wadden. What a difference. I got their attention. I got viewings. I got feedback after the viewings and most of all l got a result. A sale within weeks of it going on their books. I found them very professional but friendly to deal with.I can't thank them enough. In conclusion, l would have no hesitation in recommending Julian Wadden for the sale of your property . Thanks Julian Wadden .

GoogleI have been so impressed by all the staff at Julian Wadden, they have made the whole experience of buying a house an exciting pleasure, rather than the stressful event I know it can be. I felt the whole team were very professional, knowledgable and also compassionate, and I was blown away by how they really took the time to understand my needs, and went above and beyond to ensure I got my dream home.

They provided an excellent service and were friendly and professional throughout what became a long and fraught process (no fault of the estate agents). Laura worked hard and in collaboration with my agent to ensure the sale reached completion and I cannot thank her enough for her efforts. I would definitely use JW Marple to sell a property in this area.
