They have helped and guided my husband and I through the purchase of our first home . The experience has been stressful but the colleagues at Julian Wadden have been amazing. Putting everything into Layman’s English for us old schoolers. Very pleasant and so helpful.Jodie Daniels has been our main point of call and she has been amazing . My husband and I cannot thank Julian Wadden Estate agents and the staff enough. In particular Laila who was excellent. We were with a very well know estate agent in Marple for a contracted 16 weeks. During that time we had very few viewings. I constantly had to get in touch to find out what was happening and usually the person who was allocated to the selling of the property wasn’t in or didn’t return my calls! We decided that we would try Julian Wadden. What a welcome we received! The staff are friendly, professional and very much respectful. The pictures were so good! They even did a Tik Tok walk through which gave a good representation of the space and layout of the house and garden. We had one viewing after another and 2 offers on the property! We sold the house and everything has run smoothly with the sale. Leila has informed me of every part of the process. If she wasn’t available Amber or another member of the team were able to advise me or answer any questions I had. All round I highly recommend Julian Wadden! They are simply the best at what they do!

From the start, I was totally impressed with the Marple branch of Julian Wadden. Dan was attentive and responsive. He created a brilliant video and photography which helped us sell our home within a day. The process after that was arduous and stressful due to things out of our control. But Laura was fantastic. Her calm and considered manner helped me many times when I was feeling stressed with everything. She was always available at the end of the phone and chased up things immediately when needed. We recently listed our house with Julian Wadden and from start to finish, the team were just exceptional. In fact, I think you'd be hard pushed to find a better estate agents. Dan and his team did a great job of coming around in a few days after we wanted to list the property, gave us some advice and suggestions and we listed the property the following week. The sales video and brochure were great and showed the house really well and from the day it was listed we got people viewing the property. 3 weeks later, our house was sold with a really great buyer. The great service continued, Laura and then latterly Chris, did a great job driving the solicitors and the process behind the scenes and we all stayed in great contract regularly updating each other on progress. When we had some minor obstacles they helped them get pushed through and forwards to resolution. Overall, what a really great experience, what a great team, if your house is in Marple, they're a great team that can get your results quickly. Thank you very much for all your help. 👍
