In addition they helped manage several difficult situations throughout the purchase journey and they prioritised matters at all times. Particularly great experience with Chris Haggett who helped significantly with many different aspects to the sale and was always responsive and pragmatic.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with the service! Dan promised the earth however once the house was on the market we were left to fend for ourselves! It seems they expect to earn £5000 for very little effort no feedback from potential buyers very disappointed with their service . House off the market looking elsewhere!!

GoogleI dont know where this estate agent gets their ideas for valuing a house. But they seem to price 2 bed terraces with no parking and just a yard for a garden, to a similar price as a 3 bed semi in the same area with parking and a garden.

We are a large property with lots of different elements and although we were not having the valuation for sales purposes, Dan did a thorough and comprehensive job. He took the time to explain the market and why he came to the price he did and also showed his vast knowledge of the property market in our local area. I would have every confidence in seeking Dan's services if we wish to purchase other property in the future and would feel secure in recommending his service to friends and family.
