Jane who showed buyers our house was charming and went the extra distance to keep our buyers warm while we looked for a property to buy! Please boycott this company. Carter Jonas are forcing people to break lockdown restrictions and in doing so are fully willing to risk peoples lives and further spread the virus.
The layby in which you parked your motorhome was managed by Carter Jonas on behalf of our client Highways England, who, as owners, have a duty of care to ensure their land is safe for use. We therefore carried out a risk assessment and welfare assessment of the area which concluded the layby was not fit for permanent human residence. Should you need advice or guidance on how to vacate an area in a Covid-safe manner we ask that you call the number supplied on your Notice to Vacate and we would be happy to help.
