Worst customer service ever in my opinion. I rented a house, they did a house check using an illegal company called "Chimney pots", then they forced me to have a credit check even though I was paying for the full term up front. I stupidly renewed the contract this year and they have been horrible ever since, they have harrased and bullied me they have breached my rights. I wish I had walked away when I could I would never use them again. I couldnt recommend them to anyone.

Unimpressive. Rang up trying to view a house over the bank holiday weekend and they said (very unenthusiastically) that they’d speak to the owners and call me back. They never got back to me. Rang again this morning (Saturday) and have been told nobody can give me an answer till Tuesday next week by which stage my wife and I are back at work. So I’ve given up on that house. Hope the owners aren’t in a rush to sell!

Marlborough Branch are a delightful bunch :)

I have to say that I have had no cause for concern or regret with the Company Branch in Marlborough. They fast-tracked my application allowing me to relocate for a new job without any hassles whatsoever.The Ladies in the Lettings dept are impeccably kind and knowledgeable , arranging viewings and correspondence efficiently. I have found no cause for concern. Of course there are always a few 'teething' issues on moving into a property but nothing that cannot be fixed with a little common sense and a few tools :) I'm saddened to read the other reviews about Carter Jonas and can only hope they are Branch based and not a view of the Company as a whole.
