GoogleStaff are all very friendly and helpful, communication is always easy and replies to queries are very quick. ANy work required Oakwoods find sensible quotes with trusted workmen and forward them for approval, all work has been carried out in excellent condition

Facebookwe use Oakwood lettings for around 12 years. They are a professional company in every way but also they have a intermate relationship with there customers which gose a long way. They always have got new tenants with for us in short timescale so we were not left with an empty flat for very long.

FacebookI've got to admit this time around I'm very disappointed with the service I received this time . After a lot of promises we had 3 viewings in 8 months not exactly what I expected and we had to chase it every time and each time was told to drop the price . .

GoogleCan either be really helpful or rude and difficult to deal with; also claim people are out of the office so cannot take your call - but little in between. It is definitely not easy dealing with them over a period of time, as no two days are the same.
