FacebookDon’t have maintenance problems in your property because I guarantee they will not be resolved. One staff member is in no rush to sort anything and when they do they will send the wrong person round which isn’t qualified to do the job.Edit: Once they finally resolved the problem I got asked to take my review down by nikki

GoogleOakwoods homes is brilliant at keeping us up to date with our let apartment and with sorting out any issues with the flat or with the tenants. Excellent communication and always helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

FacebookI looked at a property with a very professional young woman called Louise. She was very knowledgeable about the property and it's history and her client service skills were exceptional. It was refreshing to see a young person with these Old Skool values and manners, which is a credit to herself and the company. Unfortunately the house wasn't for me!!!

GoogleVery impressed with Oakwood Homes Lettings department. Maddie and Lorraine did a great job marketing my flat with some super photos and they found me a tenant really quickly. And then Amy and Claire have looked after me since, getting all the paperwork in order and have been really helpful and prompt with any queries I have made.

FacebookWe now have not had a working oven since 2nd August, apparently if we wasn’t to pay the whole amount of our rent this month we would be breach of our contract but surely Oakwood Homes are in breach of theirs from their actions of this. Not much to recommend from this company I’m afraid
