23 Sunbeam Way, Gosport, PO12 2BN Mann & Co, Gosport - Awful Experience Purchase aborted due to rear garden boundary dispute, of which the neighbouring houses have moved the boundary of 23 Sunbeam Way, Gosport. Back door keys missing on viewings, so unable to see boundary problem until financially committed, underhanded transaction! Mann & Co extremely unhelpful.

If I could give them no stars I would. They are a terrible company. I have been living in a rental flat with mould growing that was proven to be due to the lack of heating in the property yet they have offered no apology and didn’t care that we were freezing during the winter months

WORSE THAN COVID We have been messed around, had our time wasted, and been stone cold lied to. I've been renting in London for over 10 years and they are honestly the worst agents I have ever had the displeasure of using. Save yourself time, stress and money and avoid them.

This is for Mann Countrywide Ashford. The sale price was below my instructions and I was told the purchaser was a cash buyer. This was used as a negotiating ploy against me. I was told the buyer was applying for a mortgage by another Estate Agency. Mann admitted this was the case.Be careful of fast talking salepersons.

GoogleOverall excellent management of my properties, I have used Mann Margate many times and will continue to do so, the staff there have a very professional approach towards me, but also make dealing with them very personable. I would like to single out Rachel Skeels for her sincere and professional work ethic. I would highly recommend to other property leasers in the area.

Terrible service, broken promises, dishonest and inexperienced staff. They promised a quick sale but it took 9 months. This was without a doubt the most stressful times using an estate agent. I will never ever use them again!

Shockingly poor administration, failure to do the basics on time putting pressure on clients due to incompetence. I am a large scale landlord and due to the appalling customer service they have meted out to me as a guarantorI I am moving all of my properties currently with the Countrywide Group elsewhere in UK to more competent agencies.

After many phone calls to manns.i was finally called back to be told there would be no refund the £160 + a month charge was for them to have the tenant pay the rent to them then manns to put money in my bank.they are disgusting.

Greedy dishonest people. Couldn’t sell my property for a year. But after canceling my contract and selling privately they send me a bill saying that I’m liable to pay there fee as I sold too quickly after therefore must have negotiated whilst still in contract. Beware! Complained to property ombudsman

Avoid at all costs, if I had not had the foresight to check the boiler before I turned it on in the property I had just moved in to. There would be 3 dead people. The staff are awful with little knowledge and simply bump you from department to department

They won't return my deposit because they closed there Margate branch office due to covid-19 and i couldn't get hold of anybody so my notice was late and they are keeping the deposit. People please think twice before renting from this horrible company. let the people know there heroes
