What fantastic service I have received…

What fantastic service I have received from Mann Rochester. I was very well looked after by Niamh throughout the whole process who remained patient and professional from beginning to the end. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept me in the loop regularly and she answered questions and actioned my queries in a very timely manner. If Niamh was not available, I spoke with Andy the branch manager, who was also very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Mann to anyone. First class service from a very small yet competent team. From one very satisfied customer.

Mann Gosport want you signed up for their stats then dump you.

Mann Gosport promised me a weekly update on the sale of my property. I didn't get one. I was promised a proactive sales approach, and after 4 months of being on the market with Mann, the sales director didn't even know my property had a garage with rear road access. Which was a selling point to the area. I was told everyone from the branch would view my property so they knew what they were selling to potential buyers. That obviously didn't happen. Didn't get feedback from viewings (the few i had in a space of 4 months advertised through Mann) and ultimately didn't sell my house. We were left disappointed and deflated by just being told to lower the price and put the property to auction. I moved to a far superior local, independent agent who told me the truth about listing on the market and had a fresh approach and a proactive pitch. I cannot stress enough, my experience with Mann was disappointing, stressful and overall a waste of time. I chose a local, independent agent who actually knew what they were doing and I suggest you do the same.

MANN PORTSMOUTH Where should I start. When you say estate agents try to sell themselves my gosh did these. First dealt with Melissa who we thought was really nice, really cared and was on board with everything we asked. From the get go we had issues. Communication with Melissa was terrible, she did not listen to anything we had asked and said and was quite rude in her emails and voicemail. I will say for the first 3 weeks we had calls on a thursday as promised about how the sale of the house was going. Then they just stopped no explanation. When we called Melissa she was so condescending and would not let you speak at all and it was frustrating. Personally I would not like to deal with her again. We never received much feedback about viewings either, we got a couple of calls from Katie. Darren was the only one I would say that was a bit more of a help. My question is do they actually ring buyers and get feedback back. Do they actually care about their clients (no) they never seemed to chase anything. Also we were home for a few of the viewings and the lady that did viewings (katie) didnt seem to say much to the buyers to try and push (or did she smile) we never got asked questions about anything. Its just genuinely a really bad estate agents. For us they didn't care. Its hard to imagine anyone having positive feedback for them because how bad our experience was with them. And personally not sure why they acted the way they did, so unprofessional

I was so happy with the service that I was given by Mann Lettings. I needed a flat with wheelchair access and Andrew, from the Margate branch, was really helpful in finding me somewhere. I would say that he went 'above and beyond' in his efforts to help me. Next was the paper-work involved in moving and Sue Sanderson has been fantastic with this. Honestly I don´t know where to start

Honestly I don´t know where to start. But after speaking to their Regional manager it all makes sense. First thing they wanted was to get us to speak to their specialist panel of mortgage brokes that can get more deals etc. In contrast to the last estate agents we bought from they wanted a fee up front etc. They were also keen to market our house for us and I asked multiple times to send me a some information oin their fees etc which was avoided 3 or 4 times. We have seen house that has been on the market for overa year, I spoke to the vendors son while at the viewing and he explained they weren´t in a rush and wouldnt need us to have a an offer on our house to accept an offer. I asked him and he said no he was happy because they arent in a rush. We were loking to put anb offer in when a reginal manager i have never spoken to calls up again trying to market our house, I told him I didnt get a good feeling from them and chose another estate agent we had a better experience withg and he went on to bash them for not being able to get photos for 2 weeks. I said the marketing on the other company and the treatment is much better and I was going to use them anyway and he proceeded to send a whstsap message. I get my name is difficult but I am dyslexic and a sales person and I make sure I spell people name correnctly so I mentioned like I said before about trust and I will post the transcript below of teh cinversation.. You make up your minds if you would trust this person running a bussiness. Allun; Hi Farren, it’s Allun here from MANN. Exemplary Customer Service!

I predominantly dealt with Morgan at Mann estate agents whilst searching for a property. I cannot praise her highly enough. Out of all the estate agents I have dealt with over the years (there have been many) she is by far and away one of the most thoughtful and thorough. She went over and above to find properties that suited our needs or that could be turned into what we required. Although we didnt buy a house through Mann Countrywide, Morgan has been on hand to support us through buying a house via modern auction and to act as a sounding board for an impartial opinion on the process. Morgan is always very knowledgeable about the property she is showing and will follow up on anything she doesn't know the answer to. She is engaging, friendly and enthusiastic about her work. Many estate agents I have dealt with have zero interest in you as customers or they try and give you the hard sell and bully you into making offers. They could all learn a lot about customer service and going the extra mile from Morgan. She is a platinum level asset to the company.

Why choose Mann...

Had a very pleasant experience selling a property with Mann and that was down to Ria Strugnell the Gillingham branch manager. Ria was always on hand to discuss the sale and was helpful and constructive in her advice. The fees were mid-range but with the service we felt that it was value for money. I was surprised reading some of the below, until I realised it was regarding the lettings departments. I had a fantastic experience with Mann Sales Sheerness. Sharnie, Martin and Jacob were fantastic, very accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. I went to a few viewings with Sharnie and she was brilliant, we had such a laugh and it made the whole process feel much more enjoyable. We still haven’t found the right property, but I’ll be looking out for properties by Mann as they were the best out of five agents we viewed with.
