People are very lucky if their sale goes smoothly, ours certainly didn't. If it wasn't for the close and personal attention that Frank Innes gave us, the sale may not have happened at all. A big thank you to the Frank Innes office and particularly to Alice who kept us fully informed all the way through. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I hope I read the reviews here before signing the sell agent agreement. After I signed, they don't care how long it takes to sell your house. Anyway they charge 500 pound for just take the pictures. It's been weeks and none of the marketing advertisement is shown in website. Very unprofessional and ineffective.

Horrible customer service! Were waiting for our deposit to be released almost three months!!! No communication from the agency whatsoever. Had to call them and email again and again. They kept promising us that deposit will be paid within next 7 working days with no luck.Stay away from this agency or be prepared to have problems with them!

GoogleFrank Inns Letting Agents (Mapperley Branch) helped me to let my rental properties and I received an excellent service from the professional team of Rebecca Atherton, Meeshia Brown and Jazmin Stone. The firm always managed to find me good tenants and took care of the rest of the rental agreement process. I highly recommend their five star service to other professional landlords.

I have sold 6 properties with Frank Innes Loughborough and each time they have performed well by having numerous prospective buyers to view the properties and check their financial status. I would not however recommend using their, "In House Solicitors" as they are a mass conveyancing company based elsewhere in the Country.
