My family and I recently completed our application for a rental property in the local area, and both Tayla and Philippa were a joy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble: They took every call promptly, acted on my requests and queries as a priority, and were supportive throughout. They're both so down to earth and I almost feel a little disappointed I won't be in contact with them as often now we have completed. You don't find many genuinely supportive Estate Agents in today's market, but you can tell that both of them really do care about their clients. I can’t recommend Belvoir Mansfield enough! I had been in contact with them for a while, due to being interested in different properties, but after a while of house hunting we were accepted by our landlord and the journey began. We were originally dealt with one person, who has now left the company, but Phillippa took us on after he left and she’s been nothing but amazing! She made the process very easy and in general she is a lovely, friendly, chatty person which is exactly why we left feeling happy. I was constantly checking Belvoir’s website and they do have a good range of properties but they are also available to chat with if you want to just call/email to ask about properties. Faultless service from beginning to end. This is the first time we've used Belvoir and I'm so pleased that we did. From day one Phillipa was brilliant. NIGHTMARE! KEEP CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. You would think getting a rental property would not be a Krypton Factor. Unfortunately Belvoir are the ultimate assault course. Viewed property, landlord delighted with us and then nothing for a week. We thought they had withdrawn as went on with other letting agent. We then made application on property with that agent. Then suddenly they were interested in contacting to stop us making application with that agent. We would have to proceed with them. They operated at a snails pace and forever having to get them to send stuff out. They had no courtesy to update and inform us and then when we passed hard referencing process no information or congratulations. We had no tenancy contract to sign ,with nearly less than two days to moving in date. I then rang up about contract to be told it would be in the afternoon some time and that they were under no obligation to provide contract at the moment. They also managed to get goods that landlord was leaving priced at 700 pounds. Another agent had advised that we could have goods for free as inconvenience moving them. So at every step they were rude, uncaring and obstructive. MANSFIELD DANGER DO NOT APPROACH. Update - Only three times in hundreds of reviews has a reviewed business replied. I have almost 900, 000 views This business has replied and they are saying that my detailed outline of events is incorrect. Yes they are right , I was too lenient. You could not organise a p… up in a brewery. You have the interpersonal skills more fitting for embalming.

To be honest, I am already struggling to find enough words to say how good Belvoir Mansfield were when I needed to sell a newly furbished house in Warsop. From the beginning to end they were full of customer service, help and advice. When I booked the appointment they were very helpful, then their branch manager Nick came to value the house. He was so professional, friendly and obliging that he spent an hour and half to do the photos, detail their contract and even price match their fee with another agent as I was advertising my property using two agents. Which proved to be unnecessary because Nick and his team soon ran well ahead of the other agent and found me a cash buyer! Which is exactly I would wish for. But it did not end there, I found the whole team very supportive as the sale went through usual legal formalities. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. So to be honest if you're looking to sell a house, or even rent one, then look no further. Nick, Charlotte and his team would definitely save your time and money. In Nick's management Beloir Mansfield is the best estate agent in Mansfield and 40 miles radius. Hand on heart well deserved 5 stars for them.
